The City of Richmond Hill has initiated an update to the Urban Master Environmental Servicing Plan (UMESP) in support of the City’s Official Plan.

The study and is intended to verify and update the proposed municipal water and wastewater infrastructure improvements required to support the City’s planned growth and intensification.

The Public Information Centre will provide an information/progress update and serve as an opportunity for the public to provide comments / feedback.
