Notice of Fieldwork - Elm Grove Avenue Drainage Study

The City of Richmond Hill has hired WSP to conduct fieldwork on how stormwater is managed in certain areas, including Elm Grove Avenue, Gallacher Avenue, Blyth Street, and parts of Coon’s Road and Parker Avenue.


To gather the necessary information, experts will conduct surveys of the land in the study area, including some natural spaces behind properties on Blyth Street.


These field investigations are expected to start on May 26, 2025, and continue until the end of June.
