Notice of Construction: Verdi Stormwater Management Facility

The City of Richmond Hill will be conducting major maintenance works at the Verdi stormwater management facility located at the intersection of Verdi Road and Madison Avenue.
The works at the stormwater management facility are being conducted to remove accumulated sediment and correct component deficiencies. The stormwater facility works will help mitigate flooding, erosion, improve water quality and will increase the protection of the natural environment.
Construction is expected to begin the week of April 21st and is expected to take approximately one month to complete.
The trail through the stormwater facility will be closed for the length of construction as shown on the map.
