Please be advised that the City of Richmond Hill will be undertaking road reconstruction works on Maple Grove Avenue and Wendy Way.


Upcoming Key Schedule

  • Mid‑March 2026: Construction start

  • Late 2026: Substantial completion of underground works

  • Summer 2027: Substantial completion of surface road works


Construction schedules are subject to change due to weather or site conditions.


Residents will be notified of any significant changes as work progresses.
