🚫 Proposed No Right Turn – Bloomington & Milbourn

To reduce cut-through traffic during morning school drop-off, the City of Richmond Hill is recommending a no right turn from Bloomington Road onto Milbourne Lane, Monday to Friday, 7:45–8:45 a.m. This would apply to all drivers, including residents, with no exemptions, and be enforced under the Ontario Highway Traffic Act.
