🏙️ Proposed Development Alert

A revised application for 13564 & 13580 Yonge St. and 40 Coons Rd. proposes:

  • 8-storey building, townhomes, and 285 units (double the allowed density)

  • No commercial space, minimal affordable housing

  • Traffic, safety, and environmental concerns

🛠️ Construction & Maintenance

  • Oak Ridges Air Facility: Final testing in July to eliminate odour.
