2024 Development Charges Update

To provide the public with an overview of the proposed 2024 Development Charges (“DC”).

• This Public Meeting is a requirement under the Development Charges Act, 1997 (“DCA”).

• Infrastructure and servicing needs are required to support growth in the City.

• The projects described in the Background Studies are imminent, in order for development to proceed, staff recommend that the proposed 2024 Development Charges be approved.
